wayfinding within its terminals to improve passenger experience and create an
even distribution of business across all shops and restaurants. Eye tracking
was used to examine signage along several key routes to answer questions about
visitor engagement that data on footfall could not. Using Tobii Pro Glasses 2
to record exactly where participants looked as they navigated selected routes,
it was possible to accurately measure how people interacted and engaged with
their environment. When combined with surveys, this delivered answers on the
